Dr. Carlos Porter graduated from St. Mary's University with a Bachelors of Arts in 1987. He attended The University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio in which he obtained his Medical Degree in 1993. His post graduate training completed through The University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio Residency Program in 1996. Dr. Porter currently practices Family Medicine at the Porter Medical Associates, where he provides families with the best possible medical care.

I am a board certified family nurse practitioner with experience in internal medicine, primary care, and endocrinology. I completed my bachelors training with Arkansas Tech University and my master's at Spring Arbor University of Michigan. I have a personal philosophy of patient centric care, and do my best to be honest and helpful to all patients.

Maurice Jones, FNP is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He served honorably for 20 years in the U. S. Navy. Maurice completed his Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from ECPI University and a Master's Degree in Nursing from South University with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Maurice enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife, who is an active duty servicemember, their three children and the family dog.

Eric Quintanilla, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner honorably for 20 years in the U. S. Army. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix at the Honolulu Campus, Hawaii. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern California and specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and dog. He also enjoys traveling, working out, hiking, and attending concerts. His passion is to work with patients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Cindy Cruz is a certified nurse practitioner. She graduated from San Antonio College in 2000 with an Associates Degree in Nursing. She attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and obtained her Bachelors and Masters in Nursing in 2021. She is a native San Antonio and dedicated to providing quality compassionate care.

Domingo Villarreal is a board certified nurse practitioner. He has prior experience in internal medicine as well as physical medicine and rehabilitation. He received his Master’s degree in nursing from Post University in Waterbury, CT. He provides individualized care for each patient he meets.

Eric “Rick” Vance is a Family Medicine Nurse practitioner graduate from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. He is also a 19 yr veteran of the United States Military which he still serves. He practices with over 17 yrs experience between the Emergency Room, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine to include pediatrics and trauma. His duties include performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic test and procedures, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing needed medications, and teaching patients how to develop healthy lifestyles to promote health and prevent diseases. Certifications include: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, BLS, Botox and Dermal Fillers, BioIdentical HRT Pellet Placement.

Gabriella Mutschlechner, FNP is a passionate family-oriented provider from San Marcos, TX. She graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) with her Bachelors in Nursing in 2013. She later returned to UTMB to graduate with honors from The University of Texas Medical Branch with her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has an extensive background working in pediatrics, geriatrics, telemetry, and ICU. She loves to spend her free time with her husband and daughter outdoors hanging out at the river and visiting state parks. She fell in love with medicine because she believes in patient centered care, high-quality care, and is passionate about preventative medicine.
